The Dolcetto d'Alba is intense ruby red with purple reflections. It has a persistent profume of flowers and fruit with scents of violet adn smalll red fruit. The structure is balanced and elegant.
100% Dolcetto grown in the Barolo area, in locality Liste, foglio 9, particella 119; sperficie tot. 3500m, year planted 1981; ceppi per ha 4000.
9 months in French oak(third passage);
2-3 months bottle aging.
